Physical Product Returns (Apparel, Totes, Candles)

We want you to love your order. If you’re not completely satisfied with your physical item, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
  • Return shipping costs are not covered unless the item is defective or incorrect.

To begin a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.


Digital Products (Readings, Downloads, Memberships)

Due to the instant nature of digital access, all sales of digital products are final. This includes:

  • Tarot readings (live or pre-recorded)
  • Moon & birth chart reports
  • Printable art files
  • Member-exclusive content

No refunds or exchanges will be granted once a digital item has been delivered or accessed.


Custom or Personalized Items

Customized products (such as energy reports or astrology readings) are made just for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incomplete.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original (if eligible), and placing a new order for your desired product.
